- Click a tile to rotate it one quarter turn clockwise. Match the coloured ribbon ends across neighbouring tiles.
- Connect every branch, bend and gem into one complete pattern. No ribbon should end at the outside edge of the board.
- Choose Easy for a 3 by 3 board or Hard for a 5 by 5 board with extra branches and loops. Complete a pattern to unlock the next. Each mode saves its own progress on this device.
- Tap a tile to rotate it one quarter turn clockwise. No dragging or swiping needed.
- Match the coloured ribbon ends across neighbouring tiles. Connect the whole pattern without loose ends at the outside edge.
- Switch between Easy and Hard above the board. Easy has 9 tiles; Hard has 25 tiles with extra branches and loops. Tap Next pattern when finished. Each mode saves its own progress.

A little more about the game
Ribbon Grove is a free online tile rotation puzzle with pastel ribbons, branching paths and diamond-shaped ends. Every generated pattern begins as a connected, asymmetric design before its tiles are rotated. Match the coloured ends and reconnect the entire design. Any fully connected valid arrangement is accepted. Easy uses 3-by-3 boards. Hard uses 5-by-5 boards with extra branches and loops, with no timer or move limit. Switch modes without losing your current puzzle; progress is saved separately. Includes light and dark themes, animated clockwise turns, keyboard and touch controls, and progress saved in your browser.
