Whose Resolution?

How to play

1. Choose a format before starting. Pass the device uses private typing and voting on one device. Shared screen + paper keeps the screen visible and requires paper, pens and a non-competing host.
2. In device mode, each team privately types one resolution. For each shuffled text, every team chooses an author in secret. The author also votes to preserve privacy, but cannot score on its own text.
3. In paper mode, each team gives the host a folded slip with one resolution and its team name. The host shuffles the slips and reads only the resolution. Do not enter private text on the shared screen.
4. All teams write their guesses on paper and show them simultaneously. Only then does the host reveal and select the author, mark every correct team and confirm the round. The author cannot score; selecting nobody awards zero.
5. Example: Snow writes a cooking resolution. Midnight guesses Snow and earns 1 point; Gold guesses Midnight and earns 0. Snow earns no point for its own resolution.
6. Set each revealed slip aside. After every team’s resolution has appeared once, compare the totals. Highest score wins; ties share victory. Paper results can be corrected before moving to the next round.

2. Device mode: type resolutions and submit guesses privately. Return the phone only after the screen hides your input.
3. Paper mode: keep the device with the host, write secrets and guesses on paper, then record the revealed author and correct teams on screen.
