How to play

How to play

  1. Form 2-8 teams and choose three or five turns per team. Use one shared screen and take turns choosing an artist.
  2. Everyone except the artist looks away. Select Show my word, memorise it, then Start drawing to hide the word and begin the 60-second timer.
  3. Draw with the mouse. Choose a colour and brush size, erase mistakes or undo a stroke. Do not use letters, numbers or spoken clues. Your team guesses aloud.
  4. The host selects Guessed it for one point or End turn to pass. The answer appears when the turn ends. Correct the score if needed, then pass to the next team. The highest total wins.
  1. Use one phone or tablet for the group. Add teams and choose the number of turns.
  2. Pass the device to the artist. Everyone else looks away while the secret word is shown. Tap Start drawing before showing the screen again.
  3. Draw directly on the board with a finger or stylus. Use the colour buttons, brush, eraser and Undo. Teammates guess aloud.
  4. Tap Guessed it or End turn. Review the word and score, then pass the device to the next team. Fullscreen gives the drawing more space.

A little more about the game

Draw & Guess is a free drawing and guessing party game for two to eight teams sharing one browser. The artist draws a secret prompt while teammates guess aloud. Its 200 prompts include animals, food, objects, places, transport, actions, nature and imaginary characters. Each team receives three or five 60-second turns. The drawing board supports mouse, touch and stylus input, six colours, two brush sizes, an eraser and undo. A host controls scoring and can correct the latest result. Progress, drawings and used-word history are saved in this browser when storage is available; words repeat only after the bank has been used. Play with friends, family or a classroom without downloads, accounts or separate phone connections.
